Carol Bertoux is the Associate General Counsel for the Illinois Credit Union League. In addition to assisting the general counsel and chief operating officer of the League in general legal matters, she also analyzes state and federal laws, rules and regulations that affect credit unions and provides assistance and advice to credit unions and their retained counsel. The League’s legislative program relies greatly on Carol for her valued technical and legal input. Carol received her law degree from DePaul University and in 1987 joined the ICU System.
