Special Guest Speaker ■ Dr. John Mahon
World-renowned speaker Dr. John F. Mahon is Professor of Management and Chair of International Business Policy and Strategy at the Maine Business School, University of Maine, and Dean of the College of Business Public Policy and Health.
He received his Doctor of Business Administration degree from Boston University, and is the author or co-author of more than 130 book chapters and papers published in professional and academic journals.
Always entertaining yet constructively informative, Dr. Mahon will offer his keen observations and insightful commentary on the meaning and importance of true member service, based on his 30+ years of consulting, management, and teaching experience.
