Training & Education
A primary focus at the League is ensuring that we provide the skills and information to help our credit unions succeed. The League searches for available education resources to bring the best to our credit unions. We offer a robust in-person education calendar, complimented by webinars and teleconferences. These resources cover a spectrum of subject areas and are aimed at member-contact staff, back-office staff, supervisors, managers, CEOs, and volunteers. They include financials, marketing, business development, regulatory compliance, human resources, lending, collections, management, security, technology, and other operational areas.

CULCT Training Webinar SeriesThe Credit Union League of Connecticut has partnered with the Credit Union Webinar Network to provide timely, relevant webinars. The Credit Union Webinar Network provides affordable and professional training that is available when you need it. Topics cover the whole spectrum of credit union education including compliance, HR, Board Training, Bank Secrecy Act, Marketing, Operations, and much more!
