Executive Education Program

CULCT Management Program

The Connecticut CU Executive Education Program is a two-year program that runs on an academic year, beginning in September of each year. This management series is designed for rising executives seeking well-rounded credit union knowledge. It will help broaden the expertise of functional leaders to prepare them for senior management and CEO positions, while also creating opportunities to enhance leadership skills and build a professional network that will help at every stage in a career.

Sessions will run one full day per month, September through May (with the exception of January), including lunch. Each session will be designed to provide a combination of classroom and hands-on learning opportunities. Tuition for this program is $750 per program year. Click here to view an example curriculum.
