Program Description: Growing through Demographic Changes in Connecticut

The Hispanic community is one of the largest, fastest-growing, youngest and most financially under-served markets in the U.S. Serving the untapped Hispanic market is a viable business model that also fulfills our philosophical mandate of helping low wealth households and those who are excluded from financial services. This session will describe the Hispanic market potential, its attributes and how having a comprehensive growth and service strategy can help your credit union grow and provide financial access to this community.  We will take a particular look at the Hispanic market in Connecticut and discuss the highlights of a demographic study commissioned by CULCT and performed by Coopera.

This session will be on Level 6 in Meeting Rooms 21-23 at the CT Convention Center in Hartford.
